What do you do? Take the call and filibuster
or fob them off with a "no comment"?
There are actually tried and tested methods for
dealing with the media in a crisis; the reality
is you will probably have to speak to them at
some stage so why not take control?

too late and the pressure is already on, we may

of the media and how it works could make all the
